Delivery/Shipment Policy

Your order will be sent within 2-3 working day upon order confirmation. A flat fee of AED 25/- (AED Twenty Five Only) P&P charge applies to orders.  We are closed on Friday and Saturday, as believe it or not we are human too!!  So if an order is made on Thursday, it will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.  


Cypher Roastery LLC will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.


Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.


Any discount codes apply only to goods purchased, not to postage costs.
