La Cereza Farm and Research Centre is located in San Agustin Town, Huila South of Colombia, at an altitude of 1800 m.a.s.l.
At the farm, about 15 different coffee varieties of coffee are grown. It has a medium-size wet mill and large areas for fermenting and drying. A team of 5 Q Processing professionals runs the Research Centre and carries out programs guided by Felipe Ospina, an MSc. Biologist researching in Coffee quality since 2007.
In the 2019 Colombian CEO contest, 6 of the top 15 coffees were processed at La Cereza, including one from the farm, a washed Caturra that ranked 7th with a score of 91.11.
